My earliest memories of the Christmas season were of the times when my sister Marcia and I would enter my grandmother and great aunt's house and walk into their kitchen.  Snow drifted in through the open window, music and laughter filled the air, and there they would be ... fully adorned in their high heels, poofy dresses and candy-making aprons, lovingly creating their delicious English Toffee for lucky friends and family. 

     The kitchen was transformed into a candy factory as my grandmother, Damie, stood over the hot stove stirring the special mixture to perfection while my Aunt Marge spread chocolate and pecans and then cracked the finished pieces into irresistible morsels.  Their magical recipe (even the President of the Unites States said our English Toffee was the best he ever had!) was a secret they guarded closely until they died ...  And it was eventually passed on to my sister and me. 

     Marcia and I continued the tradition for many years after we were married, and now we would like to share it with you and all your loved ones. It's still handmade the same old fashioned way, using our secret recipe and the finest natural ingredients.  We think you'll agree that it's like "a little taste of heaven"!
